John Morrison MBA, PhD (ABD)
John Morrison (MBA, PhD candidate, University of New Brunswick) serves as WMA Wellness' Director of Customer Success. John has a wide breadth of strategic business experience in government, corporate and academic settings. Along with his work for WMA, he is currently the Program Director of the Bachelor of Business Administration program at Yorkville University. John also teaches at Trinity Western University and has taught several courses at the University of New Brunswick.

Dr. Peterson and Dr. Morrison began their initial collaboration in 2006 with a focus on creating positive school and workplace cultures through the engagement of positive psychology practices that foster well-being, engagement and flourishing in teams. During the past decades, their efforts have focused on the development of accessible, evidence-based products and services that can be engaged by organizations and corporations to measure, monitor and embed positive workplace practices, assisting employee teams in being at their best even during times of change, transition or challenge. Their applied work has impacted workplace environments in Canada, the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Australia and Central America serving clients in English, French and Spanish.
Dr. Robert Laurie
Chelsea Kirby (BIS, University of New Brunswick) has been with WMA Wellness in her capacity as Director of Product Development since 2011. With a degree concentration in leadership, Chelsea brings essential knowledge and skills regarding positive psychology approaches in the workplace, and an essential lens of diversity and inclusionary practices to all WMA products and services. In addition, the application of her skills in product design and development are a critical component of our company’s success and vision.
Dr. Laurie coordinates the development of International products and services at WMA Wellness. He also oversees the development and implementation of Francophone and international products and services. Along with his work with WMA Wellness, he is an Adjunct Professor at the University of New Brunswick. Dr. Laurie is well versed in statistical analysis and served within the New Brunswick Department of Education and Early Childhood Development as Director of Assessment and Evaluation. Robert was Project Manager of the team responsible for the development of the contextual questionnaires for the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) PISA for Development (PISA-D) project.
